Sole Source Synopsis:
USPFO of Colorado intends to award a contract to Century Link for use of T1 lines connecting Grand Junction and Snowmass Village. See SOW below for additional details including a detailed description of the services required. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See attached Sole source J&A for additional details. There are no other known sources that can provide the resources that are unique to this requirement in the required timeframe. All interested sources must respond no later than February 9, 2015 at 1600 MST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
