The Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for JumpMind Symmetric DS software licenses, implementation, training, and maintenance support. The TAC intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price (FFP), 12-month contract with four 12-month option periods, to JumpMind, Inc.; located at 6568 Collingwood Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43082. This action is pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
