SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS THIS SYNOPOSIS IS ISSUED ON A STRICTLY SOURCES SOUGHT BASIS: POC: Sharon Jefferson, Contract Specialist. We are contemplating awarding a 100% Small Business Set-aside acquisition for consultation and training for use of NIPRNET and SIPRNET Sharepoint Portal Server (SPS). The contractor will be required to furnish the following: Consultation o Provide demonstration to 8 AF unit representatives on the capabilities of SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) o Conduct interviews with unit representatives to gather unit-specific application requirements for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET o Conduct a site analysis to familiarize consultant with network topography and capabilities o Create a planning document that will serve as the historical documentation and technical manual for the NIPRNET and SIPRNET SPS deployments o Build and configure NIPRNET and SIPRNET SPS deployments o Use NIPRNET and SIPRNET SPS deployments to create customized, step-by-step manuals for use by administrators and end users alike · Training o Administrator training: 4 one-day classes with 10 students attending each class o Mass brief: 3 two-hour briefings to general user audience on SPS capabilities and ease of use · Timeframe o Consultation must take place 21 February 2006 through 24 February 2006 o Training must take place 20 March 2006 through 24 March 2006
