The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service will be accepting proposals for a telephone system for the Winnebago Indian Health Service Hospital in Winnebago, Thurston County, Nebraska. The system includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required, including all related facilities, Private Branch Exchange (PBX), located as described in the specifications. Duration of the contract will be ninety (90) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 03-03 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. This solicitation is a set-aside for certified HubZone businesses, and is further restricted to Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota businesses only, which classify as small business under NAICS Code 33421 with a size standard of 1,000. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
