Travis AFB intends to award a sole source renewal purchase order to Cardinal Health, San Diego, CA. for the following: Item #1: To provide Telephone Technical Support 24-hours, dial In trouble shooting, and field visits. Service shall include any and all maintenance actions required 24 hours per day. Field Maintenance visits are necessary to keep entire system operational. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only one Responsible Source and no other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
