Arcata Associates, Inc. intends acquire on a Sole Make and Model one (1) Thomson LDK-150 DVCPRO Camcorder with service manuals in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per attached RFQ and are located in the attached WORD 9.0, file together with Arcata Associates Terms and Conditions and Representations and Certifications. Vendors have fifteen (15) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote to the undersigned at the Internet Address or Fax Number listed below. All attached paper work is considered part of the RFQ. The Representations and Certifications must be completed and returned with your quote. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the Synopsis. A determination by Arcata Associates to not award this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Arcata Associates.
