The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire technical support services for Navy specific software enhancements of an existing COTS product (Concerto) to meet Navy specific needs, implementation of the enhancements for Naval Shipyards and software training. This requirement supports the Naval Systems Support Group Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Multi-Project Management Software for all naval shipyards. The Government will provide no property or equipment. This is a sole source acquisition with Realization Technologies of San Jose, CA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Realization Technologies is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Services are anticipated to be provided for a basic period of one year with two one-year option periods. A cost plus fixed fee contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
