VA Black Hills Health Care System on behalf of VISN 23 will negotiate on a Sole Source Basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 with Apropos Technology, Inc. for the enhancement of the existing Telephone Triage Nurse advice line that has been in place in the southern tier of VISN 23 (VAMC=92s located in Nebraska and Iowa), and based out of Knoxville, Iowa since July 2001 and now the same system will added to the northern tier of VISN 23=20 (VAMC=92s located at Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota). The award will be made as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. Necessary licenses and services shall be provided.
