The purpose of this procurement is to provide Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) with a quantity of 580 hours of Vignette Professional Services for the Agency?s urgent and compelling requirement. This notice is to inform the public that DLA-DES-A (Contracting Services Office) intends to limit competition due to unusual and compelling urgency under FAR 6.302-2.
