WY-WCF-RE-KEYING PROGRAM Notice of Intent to Sole Source, this is not a solicitation and no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Colorado Doorways Inc. for pinning of cores and cutting and stamping of keys for Best Locks. Work includes (1) Cut and Stamp keys: - Cut supplied key blanks to match pinned lock cores - Stamp keys with supplied code (for example NPLA) - Cut core keys for pinned lock cores - Stamp keys with a number (for example 1.2.3 etc.) - All keys will be provided to the contractor - All codes to cut the keys will be provided to the contractor 2) Pinning lock Cores: - Pin 6 pin Best lock cores with combination provided - Cap the 7th hole of the lock cores - Stamp cores with supplied code (for example NPLA) - All cores will be provided to the contractor - All codes to pin the cores will be provided to the contractor This announcement is published as a Sole Source Notice in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 332321; the business size standard is $750 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
