NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Computrition software licensing extension
Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Computrition software capabilities as described below that will not interrupt the continuum of care. This requirement is defined primarily by existing software already in use at the Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704.
BACKGROUND
Computrition Software for Nutrition and Food Service Veteran patient meal service. This system consists of hardware and proprietary software.
SCOPE
This service will be for the NCM Select & FOM Pro (Add'l Site w/1 FOM; 3 NCM Clients)(incl. RS & Merge) Multi-Site HL7 ADT/DO/Tube Feeding Interface, Oracle DBA Remote Administration, Extended Interface Support, Application Weekend Support. Enterprise Time Zone Module License.
