RFI - Supply Chain Modernization 2 Industry Day One on One Registration Details This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. Do not submit a quote. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered a Request for Quotation. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for quotes or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a task order/contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in developing its acquisition strategy. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. Registration details for the Industry One-on-Ones to be held 10-21-2022 and 10-24-2022. The One on Ones will be held virtually via Teams. An invite will be sent to interested vendors providing the Team s link and any additional details. Interested vendors shall email Joshua Cohen, at [email protected], Luis Lozado-Santiago, at [email protected], and Joshua Fitzmaurice, at [email protected] no later than 10/17/2022 by 4:00PM EST. The Government s preference is to only hold One on Ones with vendors interested in bidding this effort as a Prime Vendor. However, Primes are welcome to invite their teammates to include them in the One on One. Vendors shall provide a list of all attendees, including names, roles, and contractor (whether Prime or Sub) no later than one hour prior to the One on One. Although Vendors are free to ultimately determine the agenda and topics for the One on Ones, VA may request specific questions be answered which will be included in each One on One invite. The specific amount of time provided to each interested vendor will be dependent on the number of requests received by the Government.
