The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in support of LIG intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition for a service to conduct clinical trials in China with Fudan University, 138 Yi Xue Yuan Road, Shanghai, 200032, China. Fudan University is the only vendor with specific resources to continue supporting the HCH (Henan Provincial Chest Hospital). Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by the Henan Provincial Chest Hospital as an authorized vendor who can provide support to them may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance providing this service. All responsible source s may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition.
