This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is F2MTR53029A001. This solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69 and DFARS change notice 20130903. Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. The government will award a contract on the basis of the lowest priced offer.
