The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals, except as listed under government-furnished property; to perform all work required to provide Janitorial Services for the Daniel Boone National Forest Supervisor’s Office in accordance with the attached specifications, terms and conditions of this contract.

The Daniel Boone National Forest Supervisor’s Office is located at 1700 Bypass Road, Winchester, Kentucky. The building is on one level with no stairs and has approximately 22,000 square feet of net usable office, storage, and related space.  Please see the attached drawing with the office floorplan.
