SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE
For
Data Management Device (DMD) on-site Development, Documentation and KMI transition Support
The United States Air Force, Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division is seeking sources for Software Development/Modification efforts for the USAF Data Management Device (DMD) and transitional support of the DMD into the National Security Agencies (NSA) Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) architecture. This effort will provide development, modification, documentation and transitional support activities in regards to DMD software along with the incorporation of other USAF COMSEC Hardware/Software into the future KMI. Most activites are expected to take place at the government facility.
THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR BIDS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately. The purpose of this announcement is to identify interested, qualified sources for the support identified above.
Interested parties should provide response to the following questions via email to jerome.watkins.3@us.af.mil no later than 9:00 AM CST, 13 Aug 2012 Responses to this announcement will be used in market research for this requirement.
•1. What is your company name and address? Who is your Point of Contact (POC)? Please provide POC name, phone number and email address.
•2. Are you currently registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR)? What is your CAGE code and DUNS number?
•3. Are you interested in competing for this requirement? If so, will you be proposing as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor?
•4. If you are a Small Business, what is your small business status, e.g., 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, etc?
•5. How many years combined experience do you have with DMD software development and Comsec Key Management? Please describe your experience and capabilities in one page or less.
