SYNOPSIS:

This is a notice to intent to request a competitive proposals. Naval Medical Reseach Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract. The statutory authority for this procutement is 10.U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1 (c). The NAICs for this 423430. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acqusition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
