**Responses to this solicitation that do not fully complete instructions by the closing date may not be considered**

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please review and complete the attached SF-1449 solicitation and SF-30 Amendment documents. All applicable box fields must be completed to include: line item pricing, contractor POC information, FAR clause responses, confirmation of delivery date, etc.

2. Completed responses must be submitted prior to the deadline; Thursday 28 April 2022 at 0900 hours EST.

3. Contractor SAM's.gov information must be included and up to date.

**EVALUATION METHOD**  Qualified proposals will be evaluated based on meeting all the requirements in the line items, delivery date concurrence, and best price.
