NOTIFICATION OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for network support services to the following contractor: • Digital Management, Inc. (67601 Democracy Blvd., Suite 500, Bethesda, MD) This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a bridge contract against the current expiring contract with a Period of Performance from 1 June 2014 to 14 August 2014. DHRA requires a continuation of network services that currently support the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Services (DCPAS) mission and information technology systems. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirements. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice (see below). Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. Please see the attached PWS for a description of the requirements.
