notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334516. The government has a requirement for the following products system. The intent of this notice is determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below:

Salient Characteristics of Products System:

• Approved Army Certificate of Networthiness (CoN)
• HIPAA compliant.
• provides remotely hosted back-end speech recognition (BESR) processed using remotely hosted BESR technology.
• capability to assign reports for Self-Editing of BESR results by document type
• Solution must interface with Essentris.
• must include transcription software allowing: (1) transcriptionists to review and edit BESR generated notes, and (2) for special situations, the separate capability to transcribe dictated notes without BESR.
• allows for email notification to providers when dictations are needing to be signed and time frame is configurable.
• allows providers, both on-site and remote, to view, edit, and electronically sign their transcribed reports online.
• the ability for providers to Self-Edit their own BESR results configurable by report type, where Operative Reports utilize normal transcription services and Clinic Notes can optionally go directly to the physicians bypassing traditional transcription.
• have a dictation and transcription tracking report for status and visibility of dictated, transcribed, unsigned and signed reports
• resident and attending workflow
• capability to receive patient demographic and ADT information from CHCS via the TCP/IP protocol.
• Must be DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) certified

 

 

Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform/provide the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The Capability statements shall not exceed ten (10) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUB-Zone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4) Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement.

Responses are due no later than 04:00 PM EST, 26 September 17 and shall be electronically submitted to
