Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Contractor shall refurbish the De Neve undergraduate dining facility in the northwest campus. The scope of work includes but is not limited to upgrading dining hall finishes and replacing carpet flooring and base with new terrazzo and terrazzo base. The Work will be divided into two phases: Phase 0 - Submittals and Procurement Phase 1 - Construction The University currently anticipates that the on-site construction period (Phase 1) to begin no sooner than June 17th, 2024 and to be completed no later than August 30th, 2024.
