Furnish all labor, supervision and equipment to install DEC West Haymarket Distribution System HUDL Utility Connection as per DEC Specifications FE #152007. Included in this work is demolition and replacement of concrete floor and paving. Successful Bidder will be required to complete (1) the DEC Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Best's Rating. Certificate must show DEC listed as additional insured for general liability and include a waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Best's Rating.
