AMENDMENT #8 Due to severe winter weather conditions in the eastern region of the United States, the Government is extending the due date of all proposal volumes for the Decision Support System (DSS) to 19 February 2010. Offeror’s shall consider all solicitation references of a due date of 16 February 2010 to be changed to 19 February 2010. Revised solicitation documents reflecting this change will not be provided with this amendment.
