The US Army, Contracting Division, Office of the Program Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG), Location: Saudi Arabia is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W90BRJ-20-R-0003, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for five (5) Decontamination Vehicles.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this RFP is section 336211 - Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing. This procurement is being solicited under the Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be conducted as full and open and will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable selection method.

The solicitation, effective 7 November 2019, and its attachments are now available for downloading. The proposal due date is 7 December 2019. Any questions relating to this RFP must be submitted IAW RFP W90BRJ-20-R-0003, Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers. It is our intent to issue a Contract as a result of this solicitation.
