I have attached addendum #4 for our defective window & door replacement 16-04 project. Be sure to acknowledge receipt of each addendum on the bid sheet.

The purpose of addendum #4 is to provide answers to the questions received during the period. Please be sure to use the revised bid sheet (#2), which was updated in the previous addendum to show one (1) base bid for the entire project and space to record your price breakdown per area/deficiency.

Don't forget - All bids will be due Wednesday February 17, 2016 no later than 12:00pm (PST) You are welcome to e-mail your documents to me at [email protected], so that I know to expect the originals, but please send your originals with Bid bonds by mail or delivery to me directly.
