The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis (MICC-Fort Eustis) anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Advanced Language Enhancement Course (ALEC) Course I: Arabic; Course I: Russian; and Course I: Spanish Requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5.

The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a twenty-one (21) month period of performance to an eligible Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) company. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The designated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) and the small business size standard is $30 million.

Please note, this is NOT an RFQ; only a Pre-solicitation Notice. Solicitation number W911S022Q0022 will be issued on or about August 12, 2022. A notification will be issued on the Government Point of Entry website at https://www.sam.gov. All offers shall be provided as specified in the solicitation. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov.
