This is a sources sought notice as a means to conduct market research and seek industry feedback. The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services Division (GSA/FAS/AASD), Region 6 in Kansas City, MO is seeking interest and feedback from Contractors that can support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) by conducting Psychometric Analysis of both examinee responses and standard Setting Study panel recommendations for Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLTP) covering a multitude of languages.

Included in this notice are a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFI Instructions with Vendor Questionnaire. Responses are requested by email no later than Tuesday July 10, 2018 at 1200 Central.
