This is a sources sought notice as a means to conduct market research and seek industry feedback.  The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services Division (GSA/FAS/AASD), Region 6 in Kansas City, MO is seeking interest and feedback from Contractors that can support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) by conducting onsite Testing Services associated with the administering the Defense Language Proficiency Test.  Services include Project Management, Test Scheduling, Test Examination, and Facilitation of Oral proficiency Interviews.  Place of performance is Monterey, CA.

Included in this notice are a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFI Instructions with Vendor Questionnaire.  Responses are requested by email no later than Thursday November 12 at 1000 Central.
