Feedback Requested for Potential Mulitple Award IDIQ for DLIFLC Test Item Development 

This is a sources sought notice as a means to conduct market research and seek industry feedback. The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services Division (GSA/FAS/AASD), Region 6 in Kansas City, MO is seeking interest and feedback from Contractors that can support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) by ) by creating reading and listening test items for use in developing Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLTP). The Government anticipates awarding multiple contractors IDIQ contract vehicles with fair opportunity given under FAR Part 16 to compete for individual task orders.

Included in this notice are a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFI Instructions with Vendor Questionnaire. Responses are requested by email no later than Wednesday July 11, 2018 at 1200 Central.
