The Board of Commissioners, Brunswick, Georgia is interested in seeking proposals from interested qualified professionals to provide Defined Contribution Plan Administration to be monitored by the Glynn County Human Resources Department as outlined in the statement of work herein. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the name(s) of those Proposers responding will be mentioned. All Proposers are invited to be present during the proposal opening. There will not be a non-mandatory Pre-proposal Conference. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer at [email protected] no later than September 2, 2020. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than September 9, 2020. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Proposal will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. It shall be the Proposers responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the opening of proposals.
