Question:

The synopsis states "Contractor Follow-On (Ineligibility).  The Contractor and its subcontractors shall be ineligible to compete for, as a prime or subcontractor or otherwise, USTDA funded activities that result from this contract."  We understand this to mean that if we are awarded this services contract related to advisory and assistance services, we cannot bid on future work (which may include equipment, engineering, construction related services to this project)
