The description indicates all deliverable are due at the COTR on or about July 18, 2008, but also indicates the Period of Performance for the Contract is one year from the date of the Contracting Officer's signature on the Contract. Please clarify the deliverable due on July 18, 2008 versus those due one year from the date of contracting. Answer: The USTDA Regional Team would like to work towards completing the DM by July 18, 2008 but this is a “soft” deadline. The one-year requirement of the contract is something that the USTDA Contracts Department requires as a deadline for the fulfillment of the contract.
