This combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG80-14-Q-P45T33 for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotes incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The NAICS is 336611, with a size standard of 1000.

A. REQUIREMENT:
1. Provide two dehumidifiers. The following requirements for the dehumidifiers apply:
1.1 The dehumidifier must be of desiccant type
1.2 Must be 480V 3phase 60 hertz with a full load amp reading not to exceed 175A
1.3 Must be capable of 6500 CFM output
1.4 Minimum of 50 feet of minimum 18" supply duct hose per unit
1.5 Fork truck lifting mounts
1.6 Crane lifting eyes
1.7 Minimum 50' of electrical cable per unit
1.8 Fit in a 4'x10' footprint
1.9 Assist and train Coast Guard personnel in set up and maintenance of equipment

3. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
