preliminary notice of the Defense Logistics Agency intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for
DELAY LINE. The anticipated date for the award is on or about August 17, 2017.

The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no
technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification
requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required
