DELIVER RED BASE COURSE - SHEEP MOUNTAIN ROAD, BADLANDS NP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is P16PS02868 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular through 2001-27. This requirement is set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 212312 (size standard 750 employees). There is one contract line item. This line is for 13,450 tons of limestone base delivered to Sheep Mountain Road in Badlands National Park. See specifications for additional information. This material is required to be delivered by 45 days after receipt of order. This order is FOB Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there are not any addenda to the provision. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award will be made to the lowest price that is technically acceptable.
