This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this notice is to identify vendors capable of supplying fuel requirements for DLA Energy. 110,000 US Gallons of Diesel Fuel #2 (DF2, NSN# 9140-00-286-5294) per year is required to be delivered to a site in Cairo, Egypt over a 5 year period of performance. Fuel will be delivered by Tank Truck into two 25,000 liter above ground tanks and one 20,000 liter below ground tank. The delivery should be made once every two weeks.

If your company is interested and capable of providing the above mentioned fuel products, please respond to this notice no later than 4:30 pm Fort Belvoir, VA time on Friday, November 21, 2014.

This solicitation number is temporary but please reference it in your response.

In responding to this notice please provide the following information:
a. Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.)
b. Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical capabilities and ability to perform.
c. Specific types of fuel capable of supplying.
