Solicitation N00421-16-T-0593 is issued as a brand name only procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for Dell products, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time, 12 September 2016. The Government will consider quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the Brand Name product cited, and will award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Vendor must quote all or none and be an authorized distributor; Items must be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted. Preference will be given to Small Business.
