The Government intends to a award a sole-source contract to IT Creations, Inc. for Dell R720 Personal Computers.

FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and name brand descriptions.

This purchase will be awarded as a lowest price technically acceptable purchase order without discussions.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
