DEM has been using the current mass notification system since the year 2014. DEM would like to gather updated technology trends, features, and usage related to mass notification systems by partnering with DT, DHR, and other city agencies to compare and evaluate other industry companies that provide these services. DEM’s reliance on the system by City Departments and the public has grown considerably.
