The Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DRG) Center requires this Personal Service Contract (PSC)in order to bolster its ability to advance human rights by supporting and assisting marginalized and vulnerable populations. This position is critical for the continued leadership of the DRG Center in promoting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) equality efforts through the integration of rights and empowerment in policies and programming.
