The Town of Amherst invites sealed bids for the demolition and removal of the former VFW facility, 457 Main Street, Amherst, MA 01002. The Specifications and Invitation for Bids may be obtained online at www.amherstma.gov/bids . An optional project walk-thru is planned for February 7, 2024 at 10:00 am at the former VFW facility – 457 Main Street, Amherst, MA. All bidders are invited to attend. Bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 21, 2024, to the Town of Amherst’s Accountant’s Office where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time.
