Work included under this contract consists of the removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM); and the demolition, disposal, and backfill of the existing structures as indicated in the contract drawings and enclosed Exhibit A (Demolish Greenhouse). Work also includes abandonment of waterline and electric, grading, topsoil, and seeding. Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from Pennsylvania Department of General Services Engineer's Estimate: $50,000 to $100,000
