The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to demolish buildings as described in the attached drawings and specifications and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

The work consists of demolishing and removing existing structures. The structure removal includes the removal of all materials used in the construction of the designated structure. Materials to be removed include, but are not limited to, walls, roof, foundation, footings, slab, internal supports, wiring, etc. Materials removed shall be disposed of in a legal manner. Trash and debris will also be disposed of.
