The purpose of this procurement is to obtain work that includes general renovations but not limited to the following areas:
 Mill/remove and dispose of existing asphalt;
 Remove existing asphalt, concrete curb, turf and soil and prepare sub base and base to receive new asphalt, sidewalk with concrete curbing.
 Remove/demolish existing concrete stairs, CMU wall, metal fence, poles barbed wire and concrete footings;
 Remove/demolish existing building completely including foundations;
 Excavate trenched to accommodate new storm drain system and new power lines to feed one building and new parking lot;
 Prepare pavement to receive tack coat and new asphalt;
 Provide new base and sub-base, re-arrange slopes, and any existing manhole covers and / or valves covers or slopes to match new pavement slopes;
 Place Portland cement concrete pavement, including concrete curbing (European style) at new sidewalks and access ramp;
 Construct new wall with stone facing and install decorative fence on the top of the wall;
 Repaint new floor marking with thermoplastic paint;
 Install new ADA complaint handrail at new access ramp;
 Install new aluminum vertical sign for Handicap parking spot;
 Re-arrange any existing manhole covers and/or valves covers or sleeves to match new pavement slopes;
 Install new COOM manhole cover, new precast concrete storm water drainage boxes, drainage pipe interconnecting new drainage boxes and connecting them to the existing storm water box,;
 Install new motorized sliding gate and new double swing gate;
 Extend existing water line, remove and save to re-install existing fire hydrant.
