NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION/RFP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE BID OPENING/RFP CLOSING DATE.

The contractor shall be responsible for the complete demolition of building 3273. The building is approximately 9,045 sq. ft., single story, wooden siding, with shingle roof. Work includes demolition and disposal of structure, foundation, slab, and all interior utilities and fixtures.

July 19, 2012 at 9:00 AM local time, there will be a Pre-Proposal Conference followed by Site Visits for this solicitation as well as similar solicitations for demolition on Scott AFB, IL.

Meet at Bldg 52, 375 Contracting Squadron at 9:00 AM for the pre-proposal conference.

At 9:30am a bus will be provided to transport interested parties to the following sites:

1. James Gym Pool and associated bldgs 1984 & 1985
2. Bldg 1527
3. Bldg 1508
4. Lunch Break
5. Bldg 530
6. Bldg 3273
