The work to be performed consists in general, of demolition of single family residence at 6330 Coffee Road and removal of all sheds, structures, pavements, fences, debris, landscape, septic system, block walls, and lot leveling and filling basement. A project site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at 9:00 AM at 6330 Coffee Road. Contractors wishing to bid this project will be able to walk thru the site at that time. While this is not mandatory in order to bid on this project, the City strongly recommends that all contractors wishing to bid on this project attend this site visit.
