James City County (“JCC” or the “County”) issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to obtain sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to establish a contract with firm-fixed unit pricing for the demolition of unsafe structures at various locations on an as-needed basis as described in the Scope of Work outlined in the IFB document. The Contractor shall perform the required work at the location and date designated by the County Building, Safety and Permits Director. No minimum amount of work will be guaranteed. James City County reserves the right to award to more than one Bidder if, by the County’s sole discretion, it is deemed advantageous.
