The City of Pompano Beach is currently accepting quotes for the demolition of an unsafe structure as per attached specifications. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to completely demolish and remove the remains of one (1) single story structure with approximate area of 1600 square feet and any other accessory structure(s). Such structure(s) removal shall be in accordance with the quotation documents. All building codes and city ordinances to be followed. Sealed quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local), May 23, 2024. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date/time stated above. Any quote received after the due date and time specified, will not be considered. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible responder for the Total Price for all services described within. Responders must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the quotation documents and respond to this solicitation. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Responder receives from any source other than from the eBid System.
