Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to provide and Install Demountable Walls

Buildings 1171, 1258, 1259 at the Naval Undersea Warf are Center Division New port (NUWCDIVNPT).

The magnitude of the requirement per FAR 36.204, is betw een $25,000 and $100,000.

The proposal is due by 30 August 2019, 2:00 PM Local Time. This project is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code 236220 w ith a

corresponding size standard of $36.5 Mil and FSC of Z2AZ.

Site visit is schedule for 19 August 2019 @ 10:00, local time. See base requirements located in the supplemental instructions of this solicitation.

Aw ard w ill be made to the offeror submitting the low est price technically acceptable quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable,

offeror must submit a technical capability statement outlining their experience and capability to complete the project identified in the Statement

of Work (SOW). Additionally, offeror must provide a brief narrative describing how they w ill accomplish the SOW task.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR VISIT REQUEST PROCESSING AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU BEGIN THE PROCESS AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
