This contract is being established to purchase/procure Densified Polyester Cores for a period of one (1) year with up to four, one-year renewal options. All material must meet the detailed specifications as noted per the attached. Shipments will be made within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. All items are to be shipped F.O.B. destination to: Telfair State Prison GCI Mattress Plant 210 Long Bridge Road Helena, Georgia 31037.
